Shipping Policy

       Yashtika Jewels will dispatch the orders within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. While this is not guaranteed, in rare  cases, an order might be shipped beyond 3 days from the order placement date. In case of any unseen delay, we will always notify you in advance.

        Yashtika Jewels will charge additional costs for shipping the product according to location.
      
      You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the products are shipped, within 24 hours of dispatch. Customers can track their tracking details from the ‘’Track order’’ category in our website by providing the order ID and email ID/phone number.
 
       Yashtika Jewels is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3 business days from the date of the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the package and contact the courier company for any delays.
 
        We use courier services such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Delivery, and so on to deliver the products, and it’s entirely up to the specific service or delivery staff when it comes to delivery. We have no authority over the service and delivery timing. In case it has been delivered to your address, but was collected by security or anyone others. We do not have any guarantee regarding such cases, as there will be no advance call or communication from the courier companies while delivering your order. So, kindly track your order regularly.
 
       While placing the order, please kindly provide the correct shipping address and contact number. We will not be able to retrieve the  lost package due to the incorrect address and contact number in the order. If the Package is not undelivered and  send back to us due to any issues like door closed, Unavailability of person, Customer has to pay the shipping charge to again to resend the parcel. No Refund available for this case.
    
       If the packaging is tampered, the recipient is advised not to accept the courier. If the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, the product will be returned to the vendor. The cost of handling and re-shipment during the times of non-delivery to the recipient will be chargeable to the member who ordered the product.
 
       An estimated delivery time will be 3 to 9 working days (after the product is shipped), depending on the shipping address. However, we are not responsible for the delivery delay caused by the courier company or weather conditions that are not in our control.
 
       After you receive tracking details, If you notice any delay in delivery even after 15 working days, kindly send an email to yashtikajewels@gmail.com with your order number. Undelivered products that are not reported within 15 working days from the date of product shipment will not be considered for refund later (Consider Only Parcel Missing).
 
International  Shipping  
 
          Estimated Shipping Time for International shipping: 7 to 15 Business days is the delivery time once the product is dispatched.
 
         VAT & Customs Duties for International Shipping: VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties according to the rules and regulations of different countries. It may or may not be charged in the destination country. We have no control over these charges. International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country
 
        The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on a case-to-case basis that need to be paid directly by the international customers.
