International shipping is available via WhatsApp Order at the moment.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after the confirmation. Incase of any delay, we'll notify you in advance.

Normal Delivery Time: 4 to 8 business days according to location.

Express Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days according to location.

Pre-Order & Custom order timeline may vary.

Note: However, we are not responsible for the delivery delay caused by courier partners or due to any weather conditions that are not in our control.

Flat / Express Shipping:  Shipping charges applies to order according to delivery location and shipping method.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available at an additional charges and delivery timeline may vary. (Note : Not Available for Express and Store Pickup)

Recipient Unavailable:  If customer is Unavailable during the time of delivery. Courier team will reattempt the delivery. Incase of Non- Availability/unable to find the delivery location, package will be returned to vendor. 

Cost of handling and re-shipment charges will be charged from the customer.(Note: No cancellation and refund Available for any cases. For more details, please read Refund & Exchange policy)

Confirm the availability with Yashtika Jewels team to pickup your order via any delivery partners (Dunzo / Swiggy Genie / Porter) before placing an order. Pickup has to be scheduled by customer during the business hours.

Dispatch Timeline:  4 to 6 business hours according to availability.

Once order placed, that cannot be cancelled for any reason. Note: Post 4 pm orders can be dispatched by next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email within 1 business day post dispatch. You can track your order using the provided link.

Know your Order Status: Check your order status by providing the order Id and billing Email id by clicking the Order Tracking link https://yashtikajewels.com/order-tracking/

Note: We request customers to track their orders once tracking details received. Incase of any delay in delivery or not delivered within 15 business days. Please Inform the Yashtika Jewels team by WhatsApp / Email with order details. 

Note: Beyond 15 business days of reporting will not be consider for package lost.

Delays: While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unexpected delays due to whether, courier issues or holidays may occur.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your address while placing the order. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete address.

Courier Partner: We work with trusted courier services to ensure safe and hassle free timely delivery. 

Package Tampered: We advise to customer not to accept the tampered packages. If you notice any such case, Please inform the Yashtika Jewels team immediately.
