• We issue replacement of products during in-transits within 24 to 48 hours of original purchase If you receive a damaged product, we will provide you the replacement.   • We issue replacements for damage of products during transit within 24 to 48 hours of the original purchase of the product provided the damaged product is return shipped by you intact to an address requested by us. A replacement will ONLY be provided. A refund can ONLY be issued in case of unavailability of the same product. The placed orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another product.
  • If a particular item in your entire order cannot be processed by us, the item can be replaced for an equivalent value or an additional value item considering the additional price can be paid, or a refund only for that particular item will be provided. The refund processing timeline would be 5 to 7 working days considering the type of transaction.
  • Please send the returns via reputed courier services and email us the courier receipt within 2 business days after the product is reported to be defective. If the product is not shipped back within 2 business days, refund/exchange will not be accepted.

  • When you return the package, please kindly make sure that the product is packed properly in the same package (along with paper/bubble wraps, tags, slips, etc.) as you received it. Product package should not be tampered. This will avoid damage to the return product.
  • For refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund for lost/undelivered package: After you receive tracking details, If you notice any delay in delivery even after 15 working days, kindly send an email to with your order number. Undelivered products that are not reported within 15 working days since the date of product shipment will not be considered for refund later.

Order Placed on Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • If customer cancelling the orders by the time of delivery  or after an order placed from the website,  for them Advance amount paid will not be refunded.

We will NOT accept return / exchange for below reasons

  • There might be slight variations in the colour tone of the actual product with respect to the images on the website as these are digital photography and depends on the monitor settings of each device.
  • Semi-precious jewellery [Pure silver, Gold plated silver] are made by hand and may have slight irregularities in designs that are a natural outcome of the human involvement in the process. This will not be considered as defect for exchange/refund.
  • If the jewellery’s quality, physical look & feel doesn’t suit your liking.
  • If the jewel is too heavy to wear or looks big.
  • If the size of the jewel is not what you expected.
  • If the product is shopped on sale price.
  • Earring stems are bent purposefully on some cases – to avoid breakage which is not considered as a Transit Damage.
  • We always ensure to do the quality check in case of in transist if any stones missing couldn’t consider as damage/defective.
