Return and Exchange Policy

At Yashtika Jewels, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we do! Each piece is crafted with care, and we do a thorough quality check before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to make it right.

1. Where Can You Request a Return or Exchange?

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you can request an exchange of same product of order item placed.

Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

The product should be unused, in its original packaging.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange?

Share Details: Send us 360° unboxing video of package opening without any pause or cut in middle of video and clear photos where it has been damaged to be shared. 

Approval & Return Process: Upon verifying the video and photo, Yashtika Jewels team will get back with Approval/Rejection of the exchange request.

Once exchange request approved, We'll guide you how to ship the return product. Please ship it back within 1 business day of approval.

Exchange or Store Credit: We'll send a replacement as soon as we receive the returned item. Incase of same product Non-Availability store credit will be processed for future purchases. (Note: Only Store Credit can be processed. No Refund)

Note: Without 360° Unboxing video Exchange / Return is not accepted.

3. A Few Things to keep in Mind

Shipping Charges: If the issue is from our end, we'll cover the return shipping. otherwise return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. In case Express delivery required, Express shipping charges needs to pay by customer.

No Return for change of Mind: We do not accept returns for sizing issues or preference changes. If you need help choosing the right piece, feel free to reach out before placing an order! Especially for bangles refer the size chart before placing an order.

Some rare cases, the jewelry beads or stones may have fallen during transit. Such things can be easily fixed with fabric glue and will not be exchanged or refunded.

Earring stems are bent purposefully on some cases – to avoid breakage which is not considered as a Transit Damage.

Handcrafted Jewelry: Slight variations in color, size or finish are part of the beauty of handcrafted jewelry and do not qualify as defects.

Disclaimer: There might be slight variations in the color tone of the actual product with respect to the images on the website. however we take photos under day light due to mobile resolution variation.

4. Refund for lost / Undelivered Packages

Upon receiving tracking details, If you notice any delay in delivery even after 15 working days, kindly contact us by WhatApp or Email with your order number. Undelivered products that are not reported within 15 working days since the date of product shipment will not be considered for a from refund later.
