1. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product received is broken or incorrect, A full unboxing video must be taken from the package cover opening in a 360 degree view without any cut, stop, or pause to solve any issue. 
2. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product, and a store credit will be processed in the form of a coupon code that can be used for future purchases.
4. We do not provide cash refunds.
