Browse the products from the website and select the products, add them to your cart, then finally proceed to checkout.
2. How Long Does The Product Takes Time To Delivery?
We take 48 business hours (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and any public holidays) to dispatch and ship the product from our end. After 24 hours, you will receive an email with a tracking ID or you can track the product directly from the website.
Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes between 3 to 9 working days after dispatch time. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays beyond our control.
3. Do You Ship Internationally?

4. Do you have COD (Cash on Delivery)?
No, We don’t offer COD for any products.
5. How Will The Delivery Be Done?
We send all packages via reputed couriers such as St Courier, Blue Dart, India Post, and DDTC.

Yes, We do have express shipping. That can be delivered within 2 to 4 business days, according to location, and charges may vary for express shipping. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays beyond our control.

No, We don’t have any physical outlet.
8. Is the Packing video must for damage?
Yes, In case of any damage, product missing, or any wrong product received. Kindly share the 360-degree opening video to investigate the issue.
9. Can i replaceor exchange my jewellery if dont like it?
Sorry. We dont have exchange on return based on dislikes or not suitable for you.
In case of damage, we will exchange the same product after the investigation with a video within 24 hrs of delivery.(unboxing must is must)
10. How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation invoice to your registered email.
11. Will the product be checked before dispatch?
Yes, We always double-check the product before dispatch. Howerver, there are some possibilities in-transit some stones are missing.
12. Is there any gurantee/ warranty for products ?
No, there is no explicit gurantee / warranty for the products. However we deliver the premium quality jewellery to you.
